There was some waiting even though I had made a reservation. The person who handled the consultation was fairly kind, and the director also shaped it in the style I wanted. My lower lip was basically nonexistent, so I am satisfied with the way it turned out. However, there is a bit of a lump-like feeling below the center of my lower lip, and if it keeps bothering me, I plan to go back and have it dissolved.
