I remember the consultation being better than I expected. My nose wasn’t extremely unattractive, so people around me often said that if I got rhinoplasty, I wouldn’t need anything major and it would look pretty just by increasing the height. But when I actually went for the consultation, the director explained things more structurally? and in detail, so I realized it wasn’t a simple surgery. I properly learned there that when doing rhinoplasty, you have to consider things like skin elasticity, thickness, bone shape, and septal shape.
