Still, I wanted to show that as long as you get procedures that suit you, plastic surgery absolutely doesn’t have to become a weakness, so I’m confidently posting my photos and writing this review (actually, I want the points.. ahem)
Before surgery, my face looked so plain and I had a severe bulbous nose, so back then, because I was so obsessed and distressed about my appearance, I barely took photos lol (maybe that’s why I only have that one before photo.. lol) While looking into plastic surgery, I realized there are sooo many plastic surgery clinics, and even just in the Gangnam area there are so many hospitals saying they’re good.. So I newly realized that I really needed to set my own standards very clearly before looking for a hospital When looking for hospitals, everyone here may want to prioritize this community as a main reference, but I hope you also search apps, and if you have a friend around you who knows a lot about plastic surgery, ask all around for advice like “what about this place?” or “do you know anyone who had it done here?” and gather information
Anyway, since I had both a hooked nose and a severe bulbous nose.. lol every hospital I went to said I needed osteotomy Even in my own view, my nasal bones were thick and severe, so I had accepted that osteotomy would be necessary and was okay with it, but seriously.. it was my first surgery, and so many hospitals recommended autologous costal cartilage to me? Especially the extremely large hospitals kept recommending only autologous costal cartilage, so it actually put me off.. Why only recommend autologous costal cartilage? At first I wondered, but when I thought about it, autologous costal cartilage is the most expensive from the hospital’s perspective, so it benefits them lol.. Then I was like, ah~ that makes sense So when choosing nasal materials, I think I looked for whether they gave me options, and whether, for the design, they didn’t just make it match the director’s opinion, but judged whether it suited me or not
ㅇWhat I liked most here was that the director didn’t design by looking only at the “nose shape,” but designed while looking at the overall “facial proportions” Thanks to that, I think I was able to change into the refined image I wanted..
And my double chin, which I was worried about just as much as my nose, was treated with liposuction and thread lifting together, so I think my face became much slimmer After surgery, as the swelling went down, my satisfaction kept increasing, and honestly, everything was so good with nothing disappointing.. Before surgery, I was busy trying to hide my nose, but these days I go around confidently hehe.. In the past, I used to get information from other people, but these days I’m the one actively promoting it.. I’ve gotten into it lately
