Four days ago, I went to a plastic surgery clinic because I wanted ptosis correction.
Based on what I had studied, I thought I might have pseudoptosis, but I wasn't sure..
So I booked consultations at the two places most famous for men's eye surgery and went.
At the first place, they said my eyes are set inward, and even though I don't have that much fat above my eyes and my skin is on the thinner side, I needed incisional ptosis correction.
I was a bit reluctant about incision, but the director's consultation was really kind, so I paid a deposit and left. They also said it was refundable.
At the second place, they recommended non-incisional ptosis correction. I asked what they thought because the previous clinic had recommended incision, and they said that, in their experience, non-incisional would be enough. They also said if I wanted incision, they could do it by incision.
But since I didn't particularly want incision, I decided to do it at the second place. And according to the consultant, the current director had been at the first place I went to, then left and opened this place. So that was also part of why I thought this place would be better and decided on it..
Anyway, I went ahead with non-incisional ptosis correction.
On day 1, my double eyelids were so visible that I thought it had gone wrong. I had asked them to make it as natural and unnoticeable as possible, so I was like, what do I do? Thankfully, as the swelling kept going down on days 2 and 3, it got better.
But even now, the double eyelid is still quite deep, so I'm a little worried. It kind of looks like eyes that have had surgery...
It'll probably come down more than now once the swelling goes down, rightㅠ???? What do you all think?.. Does it look like it turned out well??
The photos are, in order: Before surgery Day 1 Day 4!
