I’d always had a dream of having a high, slim nose, and I lived thinking I really had to get nose surgery someday. Finally, my wish for nose surgery came true!! haha Since I looked into it and found that the style I wanted would probably require rib cartilage, I went to the consultation and asked all sorts of questions about whether rib cartilage would be needed! In the end, I had surgery with Director Im at Highend, who gave me a detailed and kind consultation on what material would be used and how he would create the line. It’s high and sophisticated, but at the same time it doesn’t feel too excessive, so I really like it. I did it with autologous costal cartilage, and he made the harvested area clean so it doesn’t show at all!! Since the surgery, the line has been maintaining well, so I still really like it!!
