I’d always had a dream about having a sharp, slim nose, and I truly told myself I’d definitely get nose surgery someday. At last, that wish came true!! haha Since the style I wanted apparently needed rib cartilage, I asked a lot of questions during the consultation about whether rib cartilage would really be necessary. In the end, I had the surgery with Director Lim at Highend, who explained in detail and kindly how they would refine the line and with what materials. The nose is sharp and sophisticated, but not in an overdone way, which I really liked. I used autologous costal cartilage, and they made the harvest site so neat that you can’t even tell. After surgery, the line has held up well, and I still really like it!!
