This was the fourth clinic I visited. Since I have a hump nose, the other three places only explained an implant-free approach, but this place looked at my skin condition and told me that because my skin is on the thin side, it could show through and my aesthetic satisfaction might be low! So they suggested inserting very thin silicone (about 2.5 mm). It was the first time I had heard that suggestion, so I had a lot to think about The consultant was really kind and friendly, and she showed me various cases while consulting with me. There was a consultation fee, and the surgery cost is a bit on the expensive side compared with other clinics; I think it’s because the silicone cost is added haha. Still, the director was very straightforward and full of confidence! Overall, it felt like a clinic that pursues aesthetic glamour more than naturalness.
