They seem to be good at checking the design so that the face looks prettier. When I asked whether a straighter-to-slightly-straight line would suit me, they explained well why it would be better to go fully toward the slightly straight shape. (My face needs to be slimmer for a straight line to suit me..) I was confused about things like the philtrum and the nasolabial angle, but they explained them well. Both the doctor consultation and the manager consultation were okay.
