After-before-before-before, I had double-jaw surgery with Director Shin Hee-jin at EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and I’m also diligently doing the exercises Director Shin taught me to loosen the area around the mouth haha. It feels more natural day by day, so I feel really good!! Honestly, I thought everything would be over once orthodontic treatment ended, but hahaha wearing the retainer is surprisingly uncomfortable? lol Still, I’m so happy to be free from braces haha. I feel good!
Honestly, for double-jaw surgery, I recommend going to a place that is good at double-jaw surgery.. Since it is a major surgery, I really recommend looking carefully and choosing cautiously. Since I was young, I had malocclusion, so I went to dental clinics, but I was told it would be difficult with orthodontic treatment alone, so I had only been considering double-jaw surgery. I went to consultations at about 5 places in total, but there was nowhere like EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery! First, the consultation with the kind consultant, and then Director Shin Hee-jin explained things in an easy-to-understand way using my photos and temporomandibular joint photos, and explained the double-jaw surgery method. When she spoke, I trusted her the most, so I think that was the reason I chose EU Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
Before double-jaw surgery, my daily life was timid and I had low confidence, but now I live confidently without even 1 bit of that worry, so I’m very satisfied and happy. I hope this review helps people who, like me, have many concerns about their jaw.
