They said they weren’t confident, and other than saying they would have to open up the nose to know, they didn’t say much... So I asked roughly how much improvement there would be, but they said it wouldn’t improve much, and there wasn’t any particular additional explanation, so I was flustered. Then of course I wouldn’t do it Maybe it was because my expectations were high; the consultant was kind, but compared with how long I waited, it was not a satisfying consultation
