They said they were not confident and that they could only tell after opening the nose, and that was about all they said... So I asked how much improvement there would be, and they said it would not improve much, with no further explanation, which left me flustered. Then of course I would not do it T_T Maybe it was because I had high expectations, but although the consultation manager was kind, it was not a satisfying consultation compared to the time I waited T_T
