I really liked that the consultant explained things in so much detail that I almost mistook her for the director, but the director was so chic and aloof it was honestly almost scary.. Maybe it was a day with a lot of surgeries, but as soon as I asked about expectations for the surgery, they did point things out firmly. Still, it didn’t feel friendly, so I just had the consultation and left.
