I really liked how the consultation manager explained everything in such detail that I almost mistook her for the doctor, but the doctor was honestly so cold and haughty that it was almost scary... Maybe it was a day with a lot of surgeries, because as soon as I asked about my expected result, they answered very curtly. It didn’t feel friendly, so I just left after the consultation.
