I was concerned about not having enough facial volume, so I got facial fat grafting, and if I had to choose the cosmetic surgery I did best, I would say fat grafting. That’s how satisfied I was. Since fat is injected, the downside is that the retention period is short, so you do need to do it once every 1-2 years, but I highly recommend it to anyone concerned about facial volume.
