My concern was that my face lacked volume, so I got facial fat grafting, and if I had to choose the single best cosmetic procedure I've had, I'd say fat grafting. I was so satisfied. Of course, since it involves injecting fat, the maintenance period is short, so you have to do it again every one or two years, which is a downside. But for people worried about facial volume, I strongly recommend it.
