They gave me so many great tips, and after getting warm radiofrequency, if I fall asleep and wake up, I can raise my arms high and they feel super light lol Of course, for a day or two it’s hard because they swell a little! But after that, it felt so much better than before getting it that I went happily to my next session, and that’s when hell started..
They said they’d get rid of the cannula marks and scraped hard, and it feels like just yesterday that I got it while tears were streaming down! Now they’ve loosened a lot, the size has gone down, there’s no pain, and I go around dancing while rotating my arms 360 degrees. Seriously, there are still so many people who don’t know about aftercare, but after surgery it’s a lonely fight
If there’s a professional shop near your home, I really hope you go, chat a lot with the therapist, relate to each other, and recover well! (I really want to recommend the therapist at the place I go to She’s a T pretending to be an F, but throughout the 40-minute treatment she treats me so comfortably!!)
After finishing all 5 sessions, they were having an event, so I paid for 5 more sessions and came back, and now I’m writing this..! It doesn’t look lumpy or swollen, right? If you go and get care, it can get even slimmer than now! Seriously, make sure to get aftercare
