Since I was young, I had severe lower-body obesity, and even after dieting down to an average weight, my legs still didn’t look nice, so I ended up having surgery. They removed over 4,000 cc, and it was my first surgery. To get straight to the point, unless you’re going to manage it for the rest of your life, the effect isn’t that dramatic. People say that after liposuction, even if you gain weight, your legs won’t go back to how they used to be, but if you don’t manage it, they do become your old legs again. If I could go back to the past, I think I would diet extremely hard until I became underweight instead of having surgery.
