I originally had nose filler, but as time passed, the nose filler spread, so I dissolved the filler and had rhinoplasty. Since I have a thin body type and not much facial fat, my face looked flat, so while getting rhinoplasty I also had fat grafting done together (full face).
It's been a while since the surgery, but I'll write this based on what I wrote in my memo pad hehe
Day of surgery, I was really scared, but when I woke up after sleeping, all the surgeries were over!! I'm extremely timid, but truly, if you just sleep and wake up, the surgery is finished hehe Other people said they had nosebleeds, but I didn't have any nosebleed at all....? There was no bruising on my thighs at all either, which was really fascinating. I don't think there were many places that were uncomfortable or painful.
After 3 days Maybe because I had my nose and fat grafting done together, the swelling was really ㅠㅠㅠㅠ The swelling around my eyes gradually went down and I was able to open my eyes! As time passed, it felt like the swelling moved downward. Especially under the eyes, the swelling ㅠㅠ There was slight bruising around the eyes, and there was no bruising at all on the thigh where fat was harvested!!
After 5 days I finally went to the hospital and had the cotton removed!! When I exhaled, hoo~~ the nurse pulled the cotton out all at once❗ The moment the cotton came out, it felt soooo refreshing that tears came out,,,,,
After 7 days I went to the hospital, had the splint removed, and had the external nasal stitches and thigh stitches removed! When I lay down and got scared, they gave me a doll and told me to hold it hehe I hugged it tightly, closed my eyes, and was trembling, but it didn't hurt! They removed the sebum from my nose, I received a swelling laser treatment, and then I just kept looking in the mirror hehe Seeing that my short and round nose had become longer and slimmer was so fascinating that I think I kept taking photos lol
After 2 weeks It was the day to have the internal stitches removed, but I didn't have time, so I went to a local clinic and had them removed! The doctor at the local clinic looked inside my nose and said it had been tied very meticulously hehe It hurt a little more than removing the external nasal stitches, but thankfully it was tolerable pain hehe After removing the nasal splint, it feels like the swelling goes down day by day!!!

Looking at my photo album, most of the photos are of the side profile. Before surgery, my nasal tip was short so it looked slightly upturned, but I think it improved through the surgery, and by projecting the nasal tip in a slight straight-to-gently-curved line, it seems to have become more refined! Before, I didn't really like hearing that I looked younger than my age, but now I think I look my age hehe
If there's anything uncomfortable after rhinoplasty, it's that because it's between seasons my nose keeps running, but I'm still anxious, so I'm blowing it very carefully ㅠㅠ They said I can blow it comfortably by now, but still, it's better to be careful!
