I went to a few consultations for double-eyelid surgery. Some clinics recommended incisional surgery, and some recommended natural adhesion, so after thinking it over, I had surgery with natural adhesion! At a glance, my eyes didn’t look severely loosened, but from the start I was opening my eyes using my forehead, so ptosis correction was essential.. This was something every clinic commonly recommended...
Also, the inner corners of my eyes felt blocked compared with the outer sides, so I got epicanthoplasty too, and I definitely think it was the right choice! My eyes look a bit bigger, they feel somehow more open than before, and the balance seems good too haha Even though it was natural adhesion, it has only been 2 weeks, so there is still a lot of swelling left. They said it would settle nicely after about a month, so I’m really looking forward to it.
After surgery, people’s reactions around me are even funnier lol They say I look like a completely different person. That one change in the eyes makes a person look different lol But it’s not in a bad way; they say I look more polished and mature than before, so I like it~ I like the current shape, but after all the swelling goes down later, I’ll post another review~ I hope it keeps going down naturally like this!
