The surgery was performed under sedation anesthesia + local anesthesia.
On day 12, the bruising has gone down a lot, and I’m still not sure about the swelling. I had ptosis correction on both eyes, but one eye feels like it opens less, so I’m going to wait a little longer.
I started applying scar ointment yesterday, but I’m not sure if it’s a side effect of the ointment or because the surgical area hasn’t fully healed yet. It felt stinging and itchy, so I stopped using the ointment. For now, I’m going to keep the surgical area moisturized and try applying it again in a few days.
Once things settle a bit more, I’d like to post another review with photos.
