My nose was long and low. Since the nasal tip drooped, my nose looked even longer. Back then, I didn’t know anything, so I went to a hospital that was famous on an app for bulbous nose surgery. I didn’t consider the before photos and only looked at the after photos. The result is that I had one aftercare revision, and I’m planning revision surgery this month. For about a year after the aftercare revision, I liked that my nose was higher. But maybe because my skin doesn’t have much extra laxity and there was continued pressure, my nasal tip has completely collapsed, and the tip drooping is severe, so it stands out at a glance
