I went there for a nose surgery consultation~ First of all, the entrance stairs were so narrow and steep that I was worried I might get hurt while coming down after surgery.. The doctor was kind and gave a thorough consultation, and the consultation manager was also kind and helpful. The cost seemed about the same as other places. However, I had written my previous surgery history on the chart, and the counter staff spoke about it too loudly in front of other customers, which was embarrassing and really upset me. There were a total of two hospitals where that happened during my consultations. I wish they had better basic manners.
