First of all, I waited several months just to book a consultation, and they took a CT scan and consulted with me while looking at photos. Since my nose is small and low, even though it would be my first surgery, they suggested using costal cartilage, and said I could choose donated rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, but if I chose autologous costal cartilage it would be somewhere over 7 million won.... It was the most expensive price among the clinics I’ve visited... I do think they would make it pretty, but looking at the review photos, the style seemed a bit glamorous... I’m aiming for something very natural, so I’m still thinking about it...
