When I went for the consultation after making a reservation, I remember feeling a bit reassured because I could sense the director’s pride in their skills. lol It wasn’t a consultation that felt like they were trying to upsell add-ons, and I was reasonably satisfied. But maybe because the clinic is big, it felt hectic
