I got the impression that they slightly preferred glamor over naturalness(?), and the consultation order was manager-doctor-manager. Before seeing the doctor, they took four face photos from the left and right with a DSLR, but those were not referenced during the consultation. The consultation with the doctor felt calm and careful, and unlike other factory-style places, I liked that it felt like a place where you could ask questions. There is a same-day reservation discount and a review event. (The review-event discount felt pretty strong.)
