Hehehe, I had surgery once to improve my bulbous nose, but if anything, my columella looked even shorter, and my bulbous nose didn’t look improved at all ㅠ I was so bothered by that part that I eventually started looking into revision surgery.. Since my first surgery had failed, deciding on revision surgery wasn’t easy, but I asked a lot of people around me and I think I looked up every revision surgery review I could find. I couldn’t ignore the doctor’s career and experience either, and after checking everything one by one, only a few clinics were left. After going to consultations, I felt the best fit for me was Dr. Choi Hang-seok, so I had revision rhinoplasty with him, and silicone was used for the nasal bridge, while septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage were used for the nasal tip. With the nose, you have to keep watching it steadily until the swelling goes down, and maybe because they consistently took good care of aftercare and progress checks, I had no problems at all, and I was able to get the nose shape I wanted, a refined-looking straight-to-slightly-curved profile line ㅠㅠㅜ I had wanted this kind of look since my first surgery, but I wondered if it just wasn’t possible with my nose. The doctor really shaped it so beautifully, almost like magic♥️♥️
