Because I had a difficult nose with both a bulbous nose and a hump nose.. to get the straight-to-slightly-curved nose I wanted, I was in a situation where various parts of my nose needed work ㅜㅜ Since I had a bulbous nose, I had been wondering whether I needed nasal base reduction or osteotomy, but they advised against nasal base reduction and osteotomy and suggested focusing a lot on the nasal tip shape and the overall line… They didn’t seem to like doing things excessively, and I had surgery with a custom silicone implant for the nasal bridge + donated costal cartilage. I also liked that they gave me the options of autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage during the consultation, and every time I went in for follow-up after surgery, the director personally checked carefully whether there was nasal swelling or pain, whether scar tissue was building up severely, and whether there were any wounds or step-offs on the nasal bridge while providing care, so I was satisfied with the aftercare as well.
