To put it simply, nose surgery does create a nasal shape as a nose, but it does not make you prettier. It creates a shape where the nose becomes higher or lower and so on, but it does not make you prettier. It really does not become pretty. The nose shape becomes higher than before, but it is not pretty. This is a really, really big problem. The doctor has an exact shape they want or pursue, so it turns out exactly like that. Since any plastic surgeon makes it in the shape they personally pursue, you have to look at review photos or before-and-after photos and go in thinking, this is how I’ll change, but this doctor is the same. Just think it will turn out exactly like the after photos. Do not expect a pretty-looking nose at all. I’m planning revision surgery.
