I saw an Instagram influencer and was going to just have a consultation because it was in another region, but the consultation went so well that I booked right away and had surgery. It was a complete failure. I was stressed because my nose was too excessive and did not suit my face, and they did an AS surgery to lower it, but..ㅡㅡ it failed again. I did not use silicone. For the stepped area, they used donated cartilage and dermis; because the nasal tip was sharp, they used dermis; they lowered the nasal tip; because the nose looked long, they shortened the length; they added to the columella; and because my nostrils looked really huge, I asked them to lower everything and shorten the length... During the revision, I even had nostril lowering done. But... it failed again. There is still a step, and the dermis used on the nasal tip is more bulging on the left side, so it looks even more crooked. They added to the columella, but they put in way too much. I did it because they said it looked cut off... but my nose hairs are still visible, and my nostrils are visible from the side. The nostril lowering all failed too... it went back upㅜㅜ I had my wedding scheduled for this year, but I canceled everythingㅜㅜ I just had no confidenceㅜㅜ My skin is thin and I am older, so I did not use silicone, but only the nasal tip is too longㅜㅜ I cannot take photosㅜㅜ Since I live outside Seoul, going around for consultations while working is so hardㅜㅜ
It is amazing how everyone finds plastic surgery clinics that suit them well. No matter how I look, they all seem goodㅜㅜ I do not have much time, so it is hard to keep going all the way to Seoulㅜㅜ I did not use silicone, and I used my own costal cartilage, dermis, and ear cartilage.. Would it be better to remove everything.. I am scared because I am not going to use siliconeㅜㅜ Has anyone had a natural-looking result without using silicone?
