I had Motiva surgery on 12/21, and I’m finally writing a review now because I was too lazy!
Day 1 after surgery Light things like washing my face and brushing my teeth were possible. I went for a walk, ate chicken, and was fine. Did I win the painless lottery? Other than feeling like muscle soreness, there was nothing. The surgery was quick and they only use an upper band, so I really felt there must be a reason for that.
Day 2 The swelling went down to my abdomen. My belly was swollen and hurt like it was bruised. My armpit got sweaty and itchy, so I just removed the dressing. They said if the armpit dressing is fine, just leave it on, and if it itches, you can take it off. They said I didn’t need to apply any separate ointment, so I was half worried and half trusting..
Day 3 I slept lying in bed, and now I could even get up on my own using my abdominal strength. When getting up, there was a heavy pain for about 5 seconds ㅠㅠ The area near my armpit was itchy, but I just left it and endured it because I was afraid it might scarㅠㅠ I avoided the area and only applied dermatology moisturizing cream around it. My shoulders felt stiff, and I kept feeling like my breasts were being pulled downward. Me, just looking at underwear all day,,
Except for the pulling sensation around the armpit stitches, the feeling that my breasts were being pulled downward because of the upper band, my shoulders rounding forward, and my trapezius hurting, I was okay!!
Day 4 I walked 4,000 steps and thought my left shoulder and clavicle were going to shatterㅠㅠㅠ Even while searching through tons of reviews and trying to fix my posture, I guess there’s nothing I can do about my already angry trapeziusㅠㅠ Actually, two days before surgery, I got Botox in my left trapezius, but absolutely don’t get it first.. you’ll suffer like me. If you’re going to get it, I hope you get it 3-4 weeks after surgery ㅠㅠㅠ If I overdo it a bit, I have no energy. I lie down right away and pass out. The upper band area gets sweaty, breakouts appear, and it itches. You have to dry it occasionally and let cool air hit it!! Often. Maybe the antibiotic medication is strong, but I have heartburn. The swelling went down to my pelvis. It feels numb and sore like it’s bruised, and it’s very swollen. It was fascinating because I could see the swelling moving downward day by day. Ah! I still had all the skin sensation in my areola. I asked the person doing the design right before surgery.. Only the outer side on the left feels anesthetized, and the outer texture has become a little softer.
Day 5 Still, when I lie down and get up, the left side feels heavy for 5 seconds and I can’t breathe.. The swelling went down to my private area. It’s very swollen,,
Day 6 Finally, tomorrow I’m going to get my armpit stitches removed,,ㅠㅠ It was itchy and humid because of the upper band. Skin rash,, only one armpit was red and itchy in the shape of the dressing gauze. You have to dry it every day with cool air from a hair dryer!! Maybe sensation is returning to my left breast that had gone missing; it’s a little tingling and numb-sore... Now I’ve been lying down so much that my back is getting sore.. Highly recommend prune juice! My appetite was good, and I kept passing gas but couldn’t digest, so it was really hard, but prune juice solved it all at once without even making my stomach hurt... Ah right, the swelling that moved downward has almost disappeared!!
One week after surgery The day to remove the armpit stitches,, my heart pounding. Before my alarm even rang, I woke up from the heavy pain. Why does it hurt so much today ㅠㅠ I also often get a zapping sensation, but Manager Kwon M.G. kindly answered my anxious-ping again today,,ㅠㅠ This anxious-ping feels relieved by quick replies, and thanks to that, I think I got through the dreaded first week well!! Today the right side also became heavy. Is it because I used my phone a lot before sleeping•••
I was seriously scared, but stitch removal didn’t hurt at all, at all, not one bit. No stinging, no pulling, just no feeling at all. I went, “It’s already over?” ...
