I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago with a silicone implant, but looking at it now, my columella is slightly crooked, my nostrils are uneven, and when I smile it becomes an arrow-shaped nose ㅠㅠ so I’m thinking about revision surgery. In this kind of case, should I only touch the nasal tip, or should I also shave down and lower the bridge at the same time..? My nose was big to begin with, so I want to have surgery again for a small nose! A cute, dainty nose ㅜㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
