It's been one day since I had full-arm liposuction at Doctor Fit!! I also browsed this community a lot before surgery, so I thought it might be helpful, and since it doesn't hurt at all and is tolerable, I'm leaving a review haha
<Liposuction consultation> Actually, I had facial liposuction on 12/24, and after that, since I couldn't exercise for a while anyway, I decided, "While I'm at it, let's liposuction all the areas I'm worried about and do a proper diet!!" So I started looking into body liposuction.. haha While searching through a community, I found out about Doctor Fit. The keywords - a specialized solo director from 365mc - and - safety-oriented - matched what I was looking for in body liposuction, so I booked a consultation and had it on 12/28!!
When I first went in, I changed clothes, had an InBody measurement, and without a consultation with the consultant, the director immediately did an ultrasound while consulting with me in great detail.. It felt like the consultation with the director alone was about 30-40 minutes? He explained what the fat circumference would be like and how the line would look after surgery... He considered skin elasticity, fat distribution, and muscle distribution comprehensively and spoke realistically!!
I have some muscle, so he said it wouldn't be bone-thin arms, but rather a healthy line without excess fat. That was actually exactly the look I'm going for!! (I also usually work out hard) so I liked it even more..!
And I had seen on YouTube that most side effects like adhesions and depressions come from excessive "over-suction," so what the director said felt trustworthy to me and matched my values well!
But still, I felt I shouldn't go to only one place, so I also visited a place called Goslim Clinic for a consultation!! Its community rating was good, and the director had long experience!! It wasn't bad, but I liked the consultation at Doctor Fit more, and somehow I was more drawn to it haha The price was also a bit cheaper!! So I decided on Doctor Fit!
<Pre-liposuction profile and cost> I'm 162 cm, 56 kg, and have a style with a lot of muscle mass, but I had a lot of fat on my arms haha My circumference came out to 31-32, so I paid an additional fee and proceededㅜㅜ (total cost 2.4 million won) Still, compared to other hospitals, I don't think the price was extremely expensive!!
<Surgery day - yesterday (1/3)> My surgery was yesterday afternoon, and I got full-arm liposuction (full arms + accessory breast tissue + scapular area + armpits?) haha The surgery was at 2, but the previous surgery ran late, so it started at 4, and when I opened my eyes and came to, it was almost 7...!!
At first, I went in, changed clothes, took photos, weighed myself, and had one more consultation with the director! He designed while looking at the photos, and explained the instructions and possible postoperative side effects one by one very thoroughly, so the consultation was almost 30 minutes!! After that, they put an injection near my foot... (this hurts the most.......) Then I went into the operating room!! After that, I took off the gown, they applied a lot of red disinfectant all over my bare body, and I lay face down on the operating table!! But this part is really cold... haha Then the sleep anesthesia medication goes in... and when you wake up, the surgery is over and you're lying in the recovery room wearing the compression garment... haha
I had no pain at all, and when I got home, I ate, took my medicine, and slept haha It feels a little stiff, and I can't move completely comfortably, so things like tying my hair or brushing my teeth are very slightly inconvenient in daily life haha It's hard to raise my arms up to 90 degrees!! So I think going to work the very next day would be a bit hard!! But instead, there is really no pain so far!!
I'll come back next time with a 1-week review haha They said the stitches are removed after 2 weeks?? I still haven't taken off the compression garment, so I'm a bit at a loss about how I'll disinfect it after taking it off!! Now that I've done my arms, I'm thinking, should I maybe do just my thighs too...? But first I'll lose some weight this time, and if I feel I need line refinement, I'm planning to get my thighs done next winter1!
