Has anyone experienced functional side effects other than scarring after canthoplasty (front/lower/outer)? I was looking around at clinics thinking at most double eyelid surgery and maybe ptosis correction, but recently one clinic told me to also get epicanthoplasty, so I'm thinking about it. For the double eyelid surgery itself, my goal was to keep the line not too high and make it look natural. But my eyes are already kind of problematic; when the winter wind blows, my eyes sting and tears stream down like I'm about to cry. I'm worried that if I get canthoplasty, these things might get worse and my eyes might become dryㅜㅜ
아샷추다내꺼 I think if it’s opened too excessively, it can get dry. It’d probably be better to get it done at a place that opens it well and naturally? Try going to a few more places! If you’ve only seen one clinic, I think it’d be better to look into several more.
가으리으링 Inner canthoplasty, not really!? For about the first year, your eyes can sting and you can have dry eye syndrome, but as time passed, it all disappeared. If it keeps happening, then that’s a side effect. As long as it’s not overdone, the aftereffects may linger for a bit, then disappear later.
