I was there for Shrink, but the director's surgery was delayed, so I was able to get treated about an hour later than my appointment time. Still, I understood. The person doing surgery is more important. They came and apologized, and they did the Shrink carefully. After one session, I was a little unsure, but it seemed to have some effect, so when I went for the second session there were too many people and it was chaotic, so I waited a bit and went home lol. It had not been like that before, so maybe that day was unusually crowded... But I did trust them because it did not seem like they were running things in an unethical way.
