To mark the (almost) 1-year anniversary of my breast surgery, I’m sharing everything from the surgery process to my current condition~! It’s really long, okay? Long-scroll warning... hahaha
First, my specs!
170 cm, 56 kg / breast base width 11.3 (I had forgotten this, so I asked the consultant lol) Current bra size 75D / Motiva Full implants 355 / surgical method: inframammary incision, dual plane
✔️How I chose the clinic I didn’t really have time to go around to consultations, and having to undress and show my breasts during consultations was,,, way too embarrassing, so I picked a few clinics that looked good and compared the director’s experience, aftercare, clinic reputation, revision/AS policy, and so on. Out of those, I chose the one clinic I liked best and went for a consultation there. Then I decided to have the surgery~ lol Everyone was curious whether I regretted deciding on surgery right away without going to other consultations, but I honestly don’t regret it. I’m so satisfied with the result that I don’t think I’ll have any reason to regret it in the future either.
✔️Consultation process When you go in for the consultation, the director first explains breast surgery using a PPT. They tell you everything, including possible side effects, the operating room system, and so on, before you even ask questions, so there wasn’t really anything I needed to ask lol ✔️Surgery process Honestly, since it’s been about a year, I don’t really remember what the surgery process was like.... I lay down on the bed trembling, and when I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room lol. After surgery, once you come to, you’re so curious whether the surgery went well, right? At that time, the director told me it went well, so even though I was in pain, I felt reassured. It also felt really nice to be personally cared for by the director haha
✔️Recovery process First of all, the clinic where I had surgery is famous for unlimited aftercare, so I’ll only mention this briefly. If I don’t go for care often, the director nags me for not coming often enough (that says it all, right? lol)
Sometimes when I read reviews of other clinics, some places have a limit on the number of Caps sessions, but when you get Caps, you can immediately feel your tissue softening up?! Definitely choose a clinic with unlimited aftercare where the director checks your progress!!
✔️Current satisfaction You can probably tell my satisfaction level just from the photos, right? I’m so satisfied lol. Even when I look at them myself, my breasts are really pretty lol. Right now, I usually wear around a 75D in regular bras, and when I wear fitted clothes, I don’t look too bulky; it comes out with just that “nice body” kind of look.
Actually, I also filmed a video to show how they feel because I wanted to write a proper review, but it seems like that won’t upload? There are lots of feel videos for Mentor, but not many for Motiva, so I filmed one on purpose, but too bad. If I just write it out, they feel soft and squishy, and the texture is good lol
Having small breasts was truly a complex for me, so after the surgery I’ve been living with the highest level of satisfaction. I’m not saying everyone absolutely has to get surgery, but if there’s anyone here who is considering surgery because of a complex like I had, I wanted to share information, so I wrote this long post!
