Double-Jaw Surgery Reviews@jaw-review

One-month review

Writing my one-month review.. First of all, I’m so, so, soㅠ satisfied Even though it’s only been a month, everyone around me says I’ve gotten so much prettier, and maybe because I didn’t do facial contouring together with it, my face shape, especially the lower face, is really small but natural. Kind of like Jennie’s face shape? I can open my mouth wide enough to fit about 3 fingers, and except for really hard or tough foods, I’m eating everything well lol Today I did a pizza and pasta mukbang..ㅎ I’m still swollen, but strangers would just think I have chubby cheeks, and people who know me think I got my wisdom teeth removed lolol My nose did spread a bit, but during surgery my nasal tip lifted, so my nose actually got prettier..?? Later I’m thinking of doing alar reduction and cartilage tying. Silicone or autologous cartilage scare me because of inflammation, so I don’t think I can do them..ㅎㅎ With double jaw surgery, once the early inflammation period passes it’s okay, but with the nose, it’s scary that you never know when side effects might come… and people say you have to keep getting revision surgery.. Sensation has come back everywhere except my gums and chin tip! The bruising is all gone too, so I wash my face, put on makeup, and go around fineㅎㅎ I originally had a Class III malocclusion and a large jaw, and I did it for treatment purposes, but everyone with normal occlusion should avoid doing it if possibleㅠㅠ If you push the jaw further back when you already have normal occlusion, that’s when severe side effects and skin sagging start coming.. For 2 weeks after surgery, I really, really wanted to die and it was hard, but now I’m living so satisfied that it’s like I forgot all of that lolol It really is.. an incredible surgery… If I went back to the past, I would do it again, but that pain back then.. it’s not something you can go into knowingly..ㅎㅎ
