Since this was a nose revision surgery, I went in thinking I should finally get exactly the look I want this time. First, they said they could use custom silicone, so I tried adjusting the desired line as much as possible with the doctor, and when I showed a few design references (not photos of myself) and reviews, they matched that and looked at my CT images to set things realistically. It felt like they were really looking at it in a grounded way, so that was good
