I had a case with a hump nose and wide nostril wings. At a clinic outside Seoul, they tied the nasal tip cartilage and placed ear cartilage on top, and we had agreed to finish the surgery by inserting dermis from the hump to the nasal tip without shaving down the hump. But the doctor, without my consent, attached ear cartilage under the hump, so overall my nose.. the hump got even bigger, and all the dermis between the nasal tip and the hump disappeared, leaving it sunken.. As expected, for nose surgery I should have done a lot of research and gone to many consultations.. I think I really didn’t know enough
