Since my midface is on the long side, I was looking into philtrum reduction, and they said scarless philtrum reduction was the top choice, so I went for a consultation with my mind already pretty much made up. They definitely had many surgery reviews, so they explained everything in detail. Since I was doing it, I also wanted to correct my long nose, so I did it together with nose surgery. It may not shorten as dramatically as an incisional philtrum reduction, but I can definitely feel that my facial length has decreased, so personally I’m satisfied.
