Maybe because I had already watched the director on YouTube a few times before visiting, the director felt quite familiar? lol Just as I had seen, his way of speaking was kind, and he had a warm feeling, so it was a comfortable atmosphere rather than a stiff one. And maybe because he has been looking at noses for a long time, he also picked up well on functional problems with my nose. I didn’t go in planning to have functional nose surgery, so I didn’t get a CT separately, but since he identified the problems well, I’m thinking about whether I should do functional nose surgery together too. The consultant also seemed to have a lot of professional knowledge?? maybe because she has as much long experience as the director. Rather than feeling commercial, like pressuring me to book, she told me in advance about things the patient might not catch. The director seemed confident, and the safety and aftercare system seemed well established, so I’m thinking maybe I could entrust my nose to them.
