I went to a rhinoplasty consultation today I’m usually pretty easygoing and I hate dealing with annoying stuff I don’t know much about plastic surgery, so I did some online searching and went for a consultation at a place that seemed okay I guess they don’t always take a CT scan for nose surgery ㅜㅜ First of all, the director seemed way too rushed He rapidly said everything he wanted to say, then asked if I had any questions I’d heard twice that I was an osteotomy case, so I asked about it, and he just vaguely said they’d do it if needed I was flustered at the time and my mind went completely blank, so I couldn’t even ask properly But the doctor was extremely confident and said it would definitely turn out well, definitely Maybe I was kind of captivated by that, so I thought maybe I should do it here ㅜㅜ But thinking about it now, I don’t even know whether they’ll do an osteotomy or not They didn’t tell me what materials they’d use either, and the consultant said they’d probably use donated rib cartilage I’ve had nose filler, but they didn’t even tell me to come back after dissolving it The consultant asked if I wasn’t going to raise the bridge of my nose, but the director hadn’t said anything about that at all, so I just said I wasn’t sure After that, the consultant asked me various things too, but I said I didn’t know to everything Because the director hadn’t told me... I know it’s partly my fault for not asking ㅜㅜ It’s a really large and famous hospital, and the confidence is nice, but It felt way too careless, so I’m worried..
청연1 Not every place takes a CT scan... Try going to other hospitals too. If they give such a careless consultation, would they really not do the surgery carelessly too...
