I went in worried because I heard a lot of people got turned away, but they explained with drawings and consulted more kindly than I expected. They’re on the conservative side. They don’t show other people’s photos. I did feel like they understood my eyes well. No skin excision. They incise along the original line and release the fixation. They advised me not to do epicanthoplasty. The price is on the expensive side. No pressure to pay a reservation deposit. No discounts. They gave me a business card and said to contact them if I decide on surgery, and that was it.
