I was worried because I had heard many people got turned away, but the consultation was kinder than expected, with drawings included. They are on the conservative side. They did not show me other people's photos. I felt like they understood my eyes well. They did not remove skin. They would cut along the original line and release the fixation. They advised against epicanthoplasty. The price is on the high side. No pressure to leave a deposit. No discount. If I decide to have surgery, they said to contact them and then finished by giving me a business card.
