This is my second nose surgery. Go higher than what you think you want. Ugh, I only raised it by 2 mm more, and I can’t even tell if I had it done or not. And if possible, use costal cartilage. That’s the only way it will look clearly different from the first surgery. Feels like I wasted my money ㅠㅠ I’m going to redo it next year with costal cartilage.
