It was my first surgery, and they raised my nasal tip by adding septal cartilage to the tip, but I ended up with a deviated septum and even nasal valve stenosis, so every day has been draining. One side of my nose is completely blocked, so it’s hard to breathe, and I’ve become a wreck with headaches and sleep problems. Please be careful when deciding on nose surgery.
