It seems the osteotomy part was successful, but the septum is bent so I am currently undergoing revision correction, and because the inferior turbinate was not fully treated, I ended up with atrophic rhinitis. In addition, the piece of septum placed on the tip of the nose has a protruding edge, so they say they will smooth it out, but it would have been fine if it had been trimmed properly before being inserted in the first place. It is also a little asymmetrical.
