I think the major swelling along the line has gone down, and it seems to have gone down much more than at week 1~ Both lines turned out the same without asymmetry, and the epicanthoplasty was done roundly like an upper epicanthoplasty, so I'm very satisfied with the line I wanted. For pain, for about 3 days it only hurt on the upper area when I blinked, but it was bearable~ From day 4 onward, it hardly hurt when I moved my eyes haha Now that it's been about 2 weeks, my boyfriend also says it looks prettier than at one week and that it looks prettier after surgery. He keeps looking at my eyes, saying it's fascinating haha
After about a week, I could see the swelling on the line near the eyelashes going down every time I looked in the mirror. I was worried about canthoplasty scars or redness, but the canthoplasty is barely noticeable and turned out natural
I bought brown and pink eyeshadow to do eye makeup. I thought I would wear a lot of makeup after one week, but even without it, my eyes look pretty, so these days I just lightly draw the outer corners haha Even just curling my lashes makes them look really pretty haha They look clear and sparkling~ Before surgery, I had monolid cat eyes like Sohee from Wonder Girls, but now that I'm 2 weeks post-op, I think my image has changed a lot. lol 1. I like that my eyes look more open and cute 2. I like that the double eyelid lines are the same, and I'm satisfied that they became the in-out line I wanted, softly like puppy eyes! I think the director understood the shape I wanted well My eyes aren't far apart and they're long, so they didn't recommend epicanthoplasty. They just did a slight upper epicanthoplasty along the line, and when I asked whether I needed lateral and lower canthoplasty because I wanted puppy eyes, they said it was possible without it. Now I understand why they said I didn't need it haha After doing my eyes, I gained confidence lol
