I had double eyelid surgery. They were kind, and since I’m very dramatic, I kept saying random things, but they joked along and took good care of me. The bruising went away really fast, and the swelling was also mostly gone quickly, but the residual swelling lasted about a year. I guess that’s just how double eyelid surgery is. The only thing is that the double eyelids ended up a bit shorter than my eyes.
