Only the chief doctor was kind; the other paid doctors weren’t that great. They stumbled over their words and handled the patient’s head too roughly, to the point that it was obvious they were still in training I went to try the Excel V trial price, but they turned my head left and right with too much force, which was really uncomfortable. The male doctor... kept disappearing without saying anything in between the procedure, and my face is obviously full of freckles, yet during the procedure he said, 'You don’t really have much blemish,' which left me confused.. Did he just say it wrong? I used to visit often because the trial prices for procedures were good and it was easy to get treated casually, and I’ve spent several million won there, but the staff service is the worst among all the clinics I’ve ever been to. They don’t even greet patients when they come in and just look at their phones.
