Day 20 after functional rhinoplasty for deviated septum and revision rhinoplasty

<Day the splint was removed><Day 7><Day 11><Today! (Day 20)>Before<Before surgery (front)>Before<Before surgery (side)>It’s already day 20 since my surgery.... First of all, I was born with a somewhat short nose and a bulbous nose! My nasal bridge was very low, but when people looked at my face, my eyes stood out first, so I had been living okay enough. Then about 4 years ago, I had rhinoplasty in Busan. At first I was satisfied and got along fine, but from the start, the nasal tip had been made too long during surgery, so I looked a little older than with my original noseㅜ And most of all, my nose was crooked, so whenever someone took a photo of me, the axis looked completely tilted, which was so stressful.... ㅋㅋㅋ Then when I woke up at dawn, my nose would be totally blocked (I already had rhinitis), and I had severe migraines too, so I decided to get a revision while doing functional rhinoplasty! This time I searched online and went around in person, thought about it for about three months, and had surgery at ㅋㄴㅍ! First of all, the doctor listened to my opinions a lot, and I think the doctor’s standard of a pretty nose and my standard of a pretty nose matched from the beginning ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ The consultant was also so gentle and kind...✨ First, I didn’t want an overly flashy noseㅜㅜ Since my face is not small and slim, I wanted a nose shape that would harmonize with my face as much as possible.. So I brought photos of nose shapes I wanted and nose shapes I absolutely didn’t want, and basically had a discussion with the doctor^^.. Even if you wonder, is this a bit much? Am I being picky? Make sure to discuss everything with the doctor before surgery!!!!! That’s how your satisfaction will be higher For materials, donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone were used! I worried a lot between donated costal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage, even reading papers, but both have pros and cons, and it also varies depending on the person and the surgeon’s skill, so I hope everyone makes a wise choice
